This talk addresses how organisations can integrate artificial intelligence into their software and business operations—not as an additional feature, but as a core operating condition. When AI becomes part of how a company operates rather than what it delivers, it changes not only strategy but also execution. And nowhere is that shift more visible than in software development.
Where we once wrote every line of code ourselves, we now work side by side with AI. This changes how we build solutions and what it means to be a developer. AI accelerates our work, challenges our way-of-working, and pushes us to think more like orchestrators and architects than coders. I will share practical experiences with AI in real projects and explore how this opens new ways to design and deliver digital solutions.
The goal is to leave you inspired to bring more AI into your own daily work—and to continue the conversation on how we can shape the future of AI and software development together.
