🙋🏽♂️Who should attend? Anyone who works with product leadership, is responsible for a product, or wants to learn more about how good products are developed in practice. No prior experience required, only curiosity and a willingness to share.
❗Both forum and discussion will be held in english.
What is product management?
Everyone talks about product management, but what does it actually mean in practice? Is it a role, a mindset or a set of tools? And how does it look in a company that builds physical products, software, or both?
In this first session we’ll build a shared starting point for the forum. We’ll explore what product leadership is (and isn’t), how responsibility for a product is organised in different companies, and what makes it hard to get right. Just as importantly, we’ll get to know each other and shape what the forum should focus on going forward.
